preg_replace() with /e modifier error

Hello, i am trying to use a content managment script that uses smarty templates, but the site isn't working. i keep getting the error:

[B]Fatal error[/B]:  SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in [B]/home/wathii/public_html/include/smarty/Smarty_Compiler.class.php(273) : regexp code[/B] on line [B]273[/B]

My php is version 2 (intermediate) and it was upgraded over 10 hours ago. Do i need php advance for this case?

And my hosting plan is corporate and cpanel name "wathii"
