premium account upgrade

Hello,
I want to upgrade this account to premium so I'm trying to purchase a premium account, but when I get to the phone verification I enter the correct code and I get an "error while processing your request".
How can I upgrade my account?
Also another question if I decide that premium does not suit me, can I go back to free hosting?

First, you will need to submit a ticket at clients.x10hosting.com to get better support. Second, yes you can go back to free. In-fact you could have a free account along with your premium account.
