i have a reistered domain temporarily parked with registrar. how do i use that here? what are your primary and secondary nameservers?

The DNS nameservers are:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
To use it here you'll have to add it in cPanel or in your account panel, depending on how you wish to use it.
