Primary domain change (Illuminated)

I'm on the Illuminated server, and since I can't change it myself through the account panel as the hosting account "doesn't exist", I would like to change my primary domain. Could somebody kindly change it for me? I will provide my cPanel username and domain information upon request. (I prefer to not post it publicly.)

Also, is it still normal for my Illuminated account to not appear through the account panel?

As a quick rule of tumbs, post your support requests in the Prime Forum, there are way less clutter there, and we prioritize those requests. Anyway, I'll escalate your thread.
