Prime Account Status

Hi,
I purchased Prime membership over a year ago but for some reason I dont have that status. I did have prime on the other forum.

If you purchased it "over" a year ago, will it not be expired? I thought prime membership is a yearly subscription? also if you do still have prime account upgrade then maybe read here. https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/prime-account-upgrade-confusion-s.191067/

If it has been more than a year - that you paid for a "Prime" account - you no longer have one
one year is the max time you can pay for a "Prime" account - you need to re-purchased each year or less
