Probelm With mySQL

i am having problems with mySQL it was fine earilier today. Than i come back later its saying this

and before that it was working and its a forum this is the package i have,

Thats what happened to my forum! Too many connections; It doesnt really affect me but it will cause some really major trouble because I communicate with friends and some requests / posts are really important ><
