Problem accessing account- Site cannot retrieve hosting type

So I log in, I get this-
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

I was using this account and then literally 5 minutes later it stopped. I can still access the FTP and Cpanel. What's going on?

I am seeing that the account does not exist.

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.

I log in to the forums and the main site every day though. will I lose my stuff If I make a new account? I need to know if I will have to back it up.

Let me check into it. But if you can access FTP i would suggest making a backup.

Was this an ad-free or ad-enhanced package?

Ad-enhanced, corprate. And the FTP just stopped working and I can't visit the actual site or the Cpanel anymore.
Now the FTP says-

Can't establish connection --> smashbrosstadium.x10hosting.com:21 @ Wed Apr 23 08:23:27 2008 (0-5)

And right when it stopped working it said there was no socket to connect to.
EDIT- Images are coming in though.

Your account does exist, and it's on server "Vox".
An issue made your account to be removed from our backend system, but it actually exists on our servers, and you should be able to login to cPanel & FTP, but not to the AMP. To login to your AMP you'll have to wait until our backend synchronises with our servers and updates your account information.

See if you can login to cPanel by: http://67.228.161.43:2082/ . Also try to login by FTP using as host: 67.228.161.43 instead of your x10 subdomain.

I can get to the cpanel and ftp now. I knew I was on Vox because the html went offline a few days ago. So I'm all good now. Thanks for letting me know about this, guys. (I use my co.cc domain for FTP and Cpanel, so it's working now.)
