Problem accessing backend

Hi I have a problem well two actually I cannot log in to my cpanel and I had some backed error when I just logged into my account please advise I have tried changing my password when i was able to access my account now I can't get there either

Umm what account? CPanel or the hosting account?

If it's CPanel try changing the domain then changing it back that did it for me :dunno:.

No account with the username 'mikeboy' exists on any of x10's servers. Did you just sign up for an account?

Now when I log into my account I get
An Error Has Occurred

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue

if i try to set up hosting I get
An Error Has Occurred
You already have a hosting account, use it.

Go here then try to sign-up again, not sure what happened.
