problem: can't open page because of failure

hello guys,

A while ago I made myself a website with an other hosting.
Now I copied it to this site and it won't open.
When I go to the website, the only thing I see is this sentence:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare http_get() in /home/florian/public_html/inc.functions.php on line 138

If someone can help me, please let me know,

This indicates there is an error with the coding of your script. If you wrote this script yourself, you are trying to define the function http_get() twice (the second time being at that line number). If you did not write this script yourself, please contact the script authors.
