Problem changing main account domain

I have a problem changing the main domain account. I go to Modify your Account, I want to change from qbsuarez.x10hosting.com to perrybit.extfire.net. But when I write the new info, I press save changes button and i get an error message saying:

No package exists with the ID listed under the user's row

But that's exactly what I want to change(I think ID is an alias for main domain account)

Could somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong??
There is any other way to change main domain account???

Well, I have forgot to say I'm in Chopin. I have seen transfer reports, but I don't know if my problem has anything to do with those ones or not

Your account is on chopin, It seems to be your account is one of the accounts which are not transfered coorrectly. Check the information here --> http://status.x10hosting.com/post/378985872/transfers-update-part-2

Once the transfer completes. You can change the domain name.

Thanks! I was searching for some info I didn't find anything and now I was desesperado. Thanks again for that useful info. I will wait for x10hosting to finish transfer and I will try again.
