Problem creating sub-domain - owned by another user

I was having trouble getting a subdomain of mine working during the outage and I deleted it. Now when I try to re-create it I receive this message:

There was a problem creating the sub-domain. Show Details

Error from domain wrapper: msp.xelencin.com is owned by another user.

Please clear this up.
