Problem getting my new account started!

I just signed up for a free account and got a message at the very end saying "An error has occurred setting up your account, go back to the beginning and set it up again." When I tried setting it up the 2nd time it says "You can't use that email address, it's not available"....so it's like I'm getting punished because the first time I tried to set it up it failed and now because of that I can't use my email address I want to use???

Please fix this...I really want to use this, I read some great ratings, but we're definitely starting off on a bad foot at this point :(

I have responded in your other thread, http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/107976-same-error-twice-row.html. You will be able to get support in the ticket area on the problem, so there is no need to have multiple support threads for the same problem.

Thanks xav..sorry for the repeat posting. I only did that because I noticed others who posted *after* I did were getting their questions answered while mine wasn't.

The messages are not answered in a priority order. As this is community support (first tier of support), any member can answer to any thread, in the order they want. Sometimes, when a thread is not answered it is because nobody has seen the thread yet or that nobody knows the answer.
