Hello,
My account is with only 500mb x10hosting released, I found it strange and I went looking on the forum. I saw a topic that had one explanation, showing a topic with countries in the Black List and mine wasn't there (Brazil). As you said, I use the host properly, you can check if you want, my is hosted in x10hosting (or http://tecfetch.x10.mx http://tecfetch.com).

Hello,

Corey said:
In order to offer our services to as many people as possible while dealing with the heightened abuse from certain countries we have created a high risk plan. The difference between this plan and the normal plans is a limit of 500MB disk space and 10GB bandwidth. After you put up a website that falls inline with our terms of service and your account is at least 7 days old you may post a support ticket requesting for these limits to be lifted.

Unfortunately if your country is listed under the blacklist section we can not provide service to you at this time. Lists may be updated periodically depending on abuse levels from certain countries.

Blacklist
Armenia
Belarus
China
Cuba
Egypt
Ghana
Iran
Iraq
Liberia
Lebanon
Libya
Morocco
Myanmar \ Burma
Nigeria
North Korea
Somalia
Sudan
Syria
Thailand
Tunisia
Vietnam
Yemen
Yugoslavia \ Balkans
Zimbabwe

High Risk
Any country not listed above or below.

Whitelist
United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Australia
Spain
Mexico
New Zealand
Ireland

As you can see, as your country of origin does not appear in the blacklist or the whitelist, that defines it as "High Risk". Due to this you were given a restricted account.
If you want to upgrade from the high risk plan, you'll need to post a request from the forum account linked to the hosting account you want to upgrade for security reasons.

I appreciate it, but I don't speak English fluently, so if you could show me how I can do, with a tutorial, I'll thank you a lot.
