Problem in account creating

Hello x10, i have a problem. Yesterday, dont know exactly what time, a friend of me told me to open an account for him because he couldn't. I opened it and its username is svetcuda. Now I am creating a new account for my self cuz i'm planning to move my site to a new domain and it shows an error and says that cannot open more than one account in 24Hours. Can you please help me open an account .
