Problem in entering CPanel

I registered a subdomain in X10Hosting and also registered in forum, but i dont know why my user id and password for the x10Hosting is not linked.
How does the linking take place.

Log into http://x10hosting.com/account with your forum details, and you should be prompted with a form to link your accounts.
