Problem in FTP connection

Hi,

I have an issue when trying to connect Filezilla FTP Client.
I have given the correct credentials to login and getting error as 550 Access is denied. Failed to retrieve directory listing. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Log into FTP with the following information:

FTP address: prabhusphotography.x10hosting.com
Username: prabhu80
Password is whatever you set it to.

Report back what your results are and if the error is still the same. If you are able to log in and get a directory listing, upload your site to the public_html folder
