Problem Installing Wordpress

After installing wordpress blog i got this error msg.. i installed both by fantastico and manually... plz solve this prob..

It seems as though your account's PHP version wasn't upgraded to intermediate correctly, so you'll need to downgrade then reupgrade. Please login to the account management panel at http://x10hosting.com/login with your forum account. Downgrade your PHP version to basic, then reupgrade to Intermediate once the changes have been accepted. This does take some time, but it seems to have resolved the issue for everybody else who's done it.
