Problem Linking Account

When I login to the account manager I get the link you hosting account message, I have already did this and when I try it again with cgrim21 as my cpanel username, which it is the correct one I get the following message on the of the link account message "An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.' I also tried cgrim29588 an it doesn't work either please jelp!!!

I'm sorry, I can't find your account in the Ad-Free Account Panel or the Ad-Enhanced Account Panel. It appears that your account has been terminated. This could be for a number of reasons, the first one being that you left it too long suspended, the second could be that you had illegal files on there and it was so severe that we terminated your account. My guess would be the first reason though. Whichever it was, the fact of the matter is that your account is no longer hosted here and you'll need to sign up again here.
