PROBLEM: Linking your hosting account to your forum account

my accout was suspend so i had to unsended to log in to the cpanel but were do i change the contact email to my email at i cant find it please help

Ohh...Sorry my friend logged on on my pc i dident notice that he was still loged in on my pc..but this is my account but i still dont get how to link my cpanel and forums yet
