Problem Linking...

When I am logged in on x10hosting.com and I try to link amrclutch1 it says...

The username 'amrclutch1' does not exist.

I don't know what's going on, my URL is amrclutch1.x10hosting.net.

You have to log in with your forum username and password at www.x10hosting.com
Then you need to put your cPanel username.

In which server you are hosted? Free or Sustained?

I did, and it says the same error, you are telling me to do something I am doing already. I have ad free. My URL is amrclutch1.x10hosting.net

Ad-free accounts do not need to be linked as their 'panel' is separate.

Then can you please tell me why when I login to x10hosting.com and I try to go to my account on there it says I need to link it.

I did now it says Link your Hosting Account.... I even tried amrclutch1.x10hosting.net/cpanel and :2082 and cpanel login won't even show..

Nevermind, can you please remove the account amrclutch1.x10hosting.net.
