Problem loading cpanel and hosting!

I registered here like almost one hour ago. And the lik i got for my cpanel and my host is not loading. I suspect I need to wait.. But how long and is this normal?

yep i can. But now i got some other problems. Which i rly could use some help with. You see im gonna start a phpbb3 forum. I have uploaded the phpbb3 file. and made database and stuff that needs to be fixed. But now when im gonna acces my forum (thenewrs3.x10hosting.com/forum) for so install the phpbb3 i get one singel blank page up. If you could talk to me on msn (support-tnrs@hotmail.com) or tell me here what i need to do.

I personally don't provide MSN support due to the lack of respect from some users, but I'd be happy to help you out here.

You need to login to http://x10hosting.com/login with your forum username and password. Once you're in, locate the PHP version section of the account panel and apply for intermediate. For the reason, just paste a link to this thread.

Your request will be accepted automatically and you'll have to wait up to an hour for some services to restart to allow the change to come into effect.
