I can log in fine to the X10Hosting panel (where I am creating this request from), but when I try to log in to cPanel, it automatically says "Login Attempt Failed". I try again by manually putting in details, and the same things happen. I am also unable to access my file server via FTP. I have tried flushing my DNS, to no avail, is there anything else I can do?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.
