Problem logging into my x10hosting account

Basically this is what happens when I log into my x10hosting account

I use ad-free, not ad-enchanced anyways...
I red the topic on how to sort it out, but I don't have a cPanel at the moment.

Your account was terminated on 04/07/08 because it was suspended for extended period of time and terminated automatically.

You can sign-up again. Just because your account was terminated, doesn't mean you aren't allowed an account.
