problem of registration

I have registred my account, and recieved the email to activate it, but I did not receive the details of account
please I does what now ?

New accounts, I believe, are being created manually at this present time. So, until an admin gets to you in the list of new accounts, you will probably have to wait.

Hopefully the wait won't be too long. From a thread I read somewhere, he was doing batches of new accounts at a time.

I ask you that you allow that my site is in two languages English/Arabic

If you have your site with main language as English, and give people an option to change it to arabic, the it's allowd. If you plan to have it only in Arabic you can't.
