problem on creating sql database

i dont know why is this happening.. i have still no databases created on my account... and so i decided to create one for our PHP class, but when i try to create a new database i have confirmed that a new database was created to my account but when i go back to the database page (list of databases created) there will be no records found .... why is this happening.. i urgently need to create database.. please help thanks!

I think the administrators are doing something with My SQL currently - hopefully they will be working soon.
