Problem password/username

Hi,
I really have problems with my account hosting and my forum account.

First of all :
to login my account(/x10hosting.com/control)
i do this : name : lou-alexandras.tremblay@uqtr.ca
pasword : l...
After login into this page, i see this :

Forum Account active username tremblou62 » Visit
Free Hosting active username trembl » View Details

When i try to login the forum page (/x10hosting.com/forums/?f)
I try to login : username : tremblou62
pasword : same as above
It dont work and when it dont work it give me my old email adress in the username field(scoobidoo_...) used in my old account.

I really want to login to the forum since one of your collegue tell me that we need to do that to keep the hosting acount open.

note : tremblou.x10.mx is my old web page and is supposed to be cleared. I now have only one page in my acount and is adress is tremblou1.x10.mx

You posted this thread here with the username tremblou62 so your login did indeed work. Can you clarify what the problem is with your forum account?

Your previous account is working. Please log into the forum with the username scoobidoo_lou96 and post a request for account termination because you are only allowed one hosting account. Please inform us in the request that you've taken all backups necessary and the cPanel username.
