Problem, please help

I've just upgraded my account to premium, I've just validated over the phone it said thank you your order has been validated good bye, but I've received no confirmation email, no nothing to let me no its gone through.

Can someone please help me?

I've received 2 phone calls now it has validated twice, I DON'T want to pay twice, can someone please help
