Problem setting up hosting account

hi I have tried to setup the hosting account using this email littlescientist2010@yahoo.com\r\nI have also confirm my email by clicking on the link sent to my email address...I dunno how to goto my cpanel logon.

Your account is not fully active.Some upgradation is going on .So our Account Panel is Off. Once your account is active you can login to your cpanel.Please read this http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/113526-signup-error-read-first.html

So basically I will just have to wait until the problem is rectified? any idea when would that be? after upgrade is complete, would I be able to confirm the email?
