problem to connect in my account with filezilla?

hello first of all if i'am in the wrong i'am very sorry about this and sorry also for my bad english :happysad: .
So my problem is when i got my informations username,password,domain,... i was looking to connect to my account with filezilla but when i entering my info i have this message :
Status: Resolving address of visionxp.x10hosting.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

and also http://visionxp.x10hosting.com:2082 doesn't work ?but i am pretty sure that my info is correct can anyone help me please and thank you .
