Problem w/ linking hosting and forum accounts

i followed all instructions and i recieve a mail with the confirmation link

We have received a request to link your forum account with your hosting account. If you made this request please follow the link below to complete the process....

But when i follow the link a new windos opens with this message:

An Error Has Occurred
You must supply a valid activation ID.

What can i do?
