Problem when trying to access my account

I recently signed up to the X10hosting Ad-Enhanced Corporate service and to the X10 Forums and when I try to log into my website account the following error appears:

"Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

What can be causing this?

You never were able to login to cPanel, right?
It seems your account wasn't created correctly. PM me the following information and I'll create the account for you.
