Suspension Reason: Unsupported language, copyright infringement (pdf of a book that isn't free), eula violation (redistribution of ccleaner without prior written authorization as per the eula in the installer), zt perm.


You were suspended for copyright infringement, unless you can show proof of redistribution rights for the pdf and ccleaner, although the language will still stop you from getting unsuspended(Websites must be in English, French, or Spanish)

He can't, because CCleaner's own EULA disallows redistribution without express prior written permission, which I doubt he has.

@sayan16015: don't open multiple tickets; they won't help get you unsuspended since you're down permanently for numerous TOS violations.
