Problem with account

This morning when I went to log onto my site I found it had been suspended due to not visiting the forum in two weeks. It gave me an option to unsuspend which I did. I then went back to my site but the suspended page came up again. After checking why I was suspeneded on this page it then came up with a note saying that my account was not suspended. This is confirmed by my account page. I still cannot get onto my site and I unsuspended it this morning. As well as this problem I cant log in to my cPanel, its says login failed when I try to. What do I need to do to get my account back?

If you were suspended during the free server rebuilds, theres a chance it got a little confused.
You'll need to hear from an account manager.

Your account should be fixed now though HTTP on Absolut is down, so you'll have to wait to verify it.
