Problem with add on domains

I first noticed a problem when my pop email stopped working for two sites I have hosted as add on or subdomains. When I go into my cpanel, I can see my domains that are hosted (swacketweddings.com and swacketproductions.com) but I can't remove them from the subdomains or add on domains, and I can't add email addresses because my cpanel doesn't recognize them as domains that I have. When i tried to change the password on the emails that were in there, they dissappeared altogether. It's all kinda weird- I haven't changed anything on my site, this all happened all of the sudden.
