Problem with anonymous acces FTP

Hello 2all.I decided setup acces anonymous FTP to my site.In da cpanel I setup from menu Manager FTP Аnonymous FTP controls by sanction of access anonymous FTP in the corresponding menu.But I see this on
ftp://anonymous@***.exofire.net/

421 Unable to set up secure anonymous FTP
Also if go in da any ftp managers the log file say me same mistakes.

Whata? Explain what trubl and my noob сan be though I am

it needs to be:

username: anonymous@yourdomain.com
password: anything (pref email addy)

eg
anonymous@leightosoft.com
password: tomrleighton[AT]NOSPAMgooglemail.com

nonono--you dont understand:

you have to use the address: namez.exofire.net

Username: anonymous@namez.exofire.net
Password: youremailaddress (Any password will do except blank)

To do this in ie, use ftp://namez.exofire.net/

then when it complains right click the white space (Big one) and click Login as

use username/pass as above...
