problem with control panel login

hi,
months ago i signed up for x10 hosting account,i have a problem i can login to my account panel but i am not getting link to access account management panel (control panel)can some one plz help

you can see the account details in your account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/control and login link to cpanel too
