Problem with CPanel and Domain

I'm having a problem to parking my domain. I'm trying to access my CPanel, but come the answer: The Server is not working`, and The Page Cannot Be Viewed.

And I have one brazilian domain that i've trying to use, but when I try to configure the domain in the brazilian server, come the answer telling me that the DNS server don't exist: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I don't know what to do, and I tryed to look in the Forum, but...

Please, can you help me? Thanks!

For the first problem, the parked domain has to be pointing to the NS of x10. I believe its ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com

For the second one, I don't know what's wrong.. I haven't had a domain in a hell long time so I cant remember...

That's right! I'm trying to use the X10's NS, but it's not working. The answer is that the address don't exist/cannot be contacted.

Most companies have 4 NS's.. Try
ns3.x10hosting.com
ns4.x10hosting.com

also, the brazillian Domain provider might have blocked off USA/other country IP's?

What is the url of the parked domain?

I'm trying to use www.evil.asio.nom.br

And is not blocked for US IP's.

That domain name url seemed to work for me. Here is what i see.

Now, the URL is pointed to the old server. I'm trying to transfer to the X10 Server, but I can't access my CPanel and configure my url.

Since 2 days ago

And, I need the ND address to configure the domain in the brazilian server!

Ah, and I tried to use the NS:

Master: ns1.x10hosting.com
Slave 1: ns2.x10hosting.com
Slave 2: ns3.x10hosting.com
Slave 3: ns4.x10hosting.com

Always came the same answer: Unknown Domain

I can get to your cpanel. I would suggest clearing your browsers cache. I can also access your site and see the following.

I would also suggest flushing your dns as this might still be seeing the old page.

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I having a problem to configure my domain. I talk to the domain server support, and they tell me that my domain is not configurated to the X10Hosting server, that's why the domain servers always says that the X10Hosting domains are "Unknown domains".

I'm trying to configure in the CPanel, but always came the same answer:

Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 200.229.248.10,200.189.40.10,200.219.154.10,200.19 2.232.10,200.160.0.10 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. `

Can anyone help me to use my domain?

http://evilasio.x10hosting.com:2082/ does not work for you because you switched your root domain to: evil.asio.nom.br in the system.

You'll have to ask them to switch the name servers for you. ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com work fine.

You also can not park a domain that is setup as your root domain.
