Problem with cPanel

Please delete my hosting account with username matejg, because I have some problems with cPanel 404 Not Found errors on server "starka.x10hosting.com:2083" (like "./frontend/x3/getstarted/changelook.shtml"), so I can create another hosting account with the same (please also remove dns entry for matejg.x10hosting.com) address. Thank you very much!

The web address you entered in your previous post (for your cPanel) is incorrect. The correct address is http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/. If you attempt to go to the address you mentioned earlier, you will be redirected to Lotus which isn't your server.

In my opinion, there is no need for you to restart your account. I'm not even sure if it is possible.
At the moment, X10Hosting are performing maintenance, so please be patient!
