Problem with domain name

I am trying to use my domain www.chaseacton.com with my site, but when I enter it as the main domain on the "Hosting Account Main Domain Modification" page, it says it is already in use and lists in under the addon domain. I used to have it as an addon domain in cpanel, but I removed it a week ago. I think the problem is the "Hosting Account Main Domain Modification" page isn't recognizing that I have removed it.
