problem with exofire

I am really happy to have find a quality hosting but
I don't understand why my website with exofire doesn't work every 10 minutes…

Is there a problem with exofire ?
Do I have to change my subdomain?:tear:

They are doing updates/upgrades/maintenance. The webhosting is great... the downtime is not so good
Actualy i'd like to ask: when will be updates/upgrades/maintenance finished ? because i've succeded to index my website to google and now the google bot deleted it from they index database because of downtime.
Just in case to know when i can try to index it again.
