I used autoinstaller to install joomla!. After that I've deleted it right from autoinstaller to install other CMS. Unfortunately,I couldnt delete the joomla! folders, such as administrator, templates, etc. After I deleting these folders by FTP and Cpanel file manager, they were restored immediately. I want to delete these folders now to install joomla again. Please help

Try using FTP or the cPanel-->File Manager to change the permissions of public_html to 0777, then deleting the folders, and then setting the permissions of public_html back to their original settings (write the settings down when you start).
