Problem with forum and cpanel account

I cant post on the forum with my account and i cant log in cpanel with it. I had to make another account.
That happened once before too. Can me please someone help?

Well, there has been a recent problem with cpanel and overloading. Are you getting any error messages when you log in?

It says like the user name is wrong.

Did you create a 2nd hosting account when you created the 2nd forum account ?

If so I must terminate one of them, so please let me know which one :
