Problem with Hosting

My hosting has been down for sooo long, and there is nothing I can do to fix it. When I go to my url which was mmofreaks.exofire.net. It says doesn't work. On my forum account when I go to Account>Modify, a blank page loads up. When I go to account overview I see...

But when I go to suspended page. It says my account doesn't exsist when I try to unsuspend. Can you help me out please.

How long would be considered "Sooo long?"

Its the users responsibility to post and keep up on Account Managers to unsuspend their account.

There may just be a glitch or some error with the system.

I think so, because it wasn't the suspended part that wasn't working. My account just vanished. Everything was working perfectly before that. My account wasn't suspended before this glitch happened.
