problem with hotmail emai

I have a problem with hotmail box. I fail to send or receive a message from hotmail can you tell me why?

I assume you are talking about receiving x10 emails in Hotmail? Microsoft has potentially blacklisted the IP address of the mail servers used here for the free service due to excessive spam being sent; this means all mail from this server gets dumped or perhaps put in the junk folder. This is something that is being worked against, but it is always going to be fighting a losing battle.
If possible, try setting your scripts up to send through a Google Apps account or one of the alternatives.
Any problems sending emails in Hotmail or receiving from other sites is not a problem with x10.

We are trying to get hotmail and yahoo to unblock our servers, but it's a lengthy process. I am sure that if some users complain to them too, they might reconsider their ban on our email server.

Oh..is it so? This is not the only issue users are facing with hotmail. The changes made by hotmail has gained a tremendous amount of complaints. They made a revamp that just made it more difficult for users to access their emails. And microsoft even recommends using chrome for the fix.

I don't understand why I just cannot leave hotmail, having tolerated all its problems. Everytime it's acting up I had to clear the cache, refresh the page, reset the router, running a virus scan and sometimes even upgrading my browser--you can find them all in this fix hotmail problem guide.

But you know, having to do that always can be exhausting. The new upgrade is a disaster. And now they're banning this email server. I guess they should be a little considerate, to think of the kind of service they have. Tsk.
