problem with HTTP

i'm new here in the forum.

I have a small problem, my domain is already created, (www.testesite.x10.mx) but cannot access the web, the browser displays this message
"This website does not exist!
The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account. If you would like this domain, you can register it now."


I did upload the folder www, Please what can i do?

Mine's doing exactly the same on my domain. It works as I can connect to cPanel using the domain, yet if I want the actual site - the error mentioned above pops up.

Shame really =( I've tried contacting x10 with their ticketing system which also is coming up with errors.
