Problem with initialising Cpanel when logging in from X10 hosting page

Hi, I have had an email prompt to sign in to Cpanel in order to keep my website active. If I follow the link and log in with user name and password from an X10 Hosting page, I get the message below after which nothing happens and the system just hangs. My website name is ayleslandswiflet.x10.mx and appears to be actice at the moment. I note from an old 'thread' that it is possible to bypass similar problems by typing in the url: http://www.ayleslandswiflet.x10.mx/cpanel which I have successfully done. However there is still a problem with logging in via the the prescribed method. Rosemary.:frown:

Hi Rosemary, do you by chance have Javascript disabled in your web browser? If you do not, can you please let me know what browser version you are using?

I do not appear to have Javascript disabled. (Scripting/Active scripts = enabled) I am using IE8.
