problem with logging in

Alright, I got an ad free account, received the confirmation email, but I couldn't log into cpanel. I just tried to remake the whole thing again, but I have the same login error, and it says my domain is still available.

Please re-sign up with the same info, there was an issue with about 5 sign-ups when I was fixing the httpd.conf file earlier.

alrighty, I signed up again and all that jazz, it worked for about 20 minutes, but now when I try to open my cpanel or anything it just says that the page is taking too long to connect.
