Problem with my forum

im having a probelem on my IPB 2.3.0 forum, i can't post or go to my acp ...when going to my acp a white blank page loads n when i go to post it says "HTTP 500 Internal Server error"...this page can't be displayed ..blah blah...i thought maybe it's a problem with this forum...so i tried to setup another one but i tried to load the install/index.php n i got a blank white screen...so i have no idea what is causing this...i hope sumone does...thx

Login to www.x10hosting.com/login find the php details section, and apply for intermeddiate php access, which should fix this issue. It will take about 12 hours to complete the upgrade, however.
