Problem with my mail configuration

When I try to create an email account I get this weird error:

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts.

Email Accounts 0/
Mailing Lists 0/

This weird error appeared after I deleted a domain.

Btw...

Username: jkotni6
Reason: Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 45 minutes.
Suspension lift on: 13/11/2007

Why does this happen? I got banned twice in a row now. :|

Your Email issue should be fixed, regarding the high resource usage you'll have to review what you are running on your account.

Thanks. The e-mail is fixed and the first freeze was caused because of a while loop, don't know why the second happened. :|
