Problem with my website

I cant access my website and cant login to my cpanel to view my files...

When accessing my URL www.multimediabox.x10.mx it redirects me on this URL - http://multimediabox.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

and I also flush my DNS because that's what message told me to do, but still it redirects me to the same URL - http://multimediabox.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

What should I do?
